  Terrible customer service, left myself, my wheel chair bound Nan and parents standing out in the cold on a November afternoon. Their website stated they opened at 1100 but even at 1205 it wasn't open and it's the only local pub to take my Nan to. Despite staff seeing us through the windows and doors no one came to tell us why they hadn't opened or to offer us to sit in the warm why they finished getting ready. It took a member of staff who was walking into the pub to actually let us in. When we did order coffees they forgot to bring them over to us and started serving other people. I didn't try the food but it looks over priced on the menu compared to other local pubs. I won't be coming back again!
